Slayed Beyond Beautiful Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel cared for when you purchase from Slayed Beyond Beautiful. Please read the information below before completing your order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. Because access is provided immediately, digital-download purchases are generally final once the files have been delivered.

If you are charged twice, receive the wrong files, receive a damaged or unreadable file, or cannot access your purchase, email slayedhairandbeautybar@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will help restore access, replace the file, correct the charge, or provide another appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND SIGNED BOOKS

Contact slayedhairandbeautybar@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery before returning a physical item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received.

Personalized, made-to-order, and specially inscribed items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved returns must be mailed to the return address provided in the authorization email. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the order was our error.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can make it right.

CANCELLATIONS

Physical-product orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Digital orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled after the files have been delivered.

REFUND TIMING

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
